AMLPrep provides digital education and training content related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) compliance in Australia. Our services include:

• Free online quiz and educational modules
• Paid digital training courses (tiered subscriptions)
• Email newsletters and marketing content
• Compliance guidance and explanatory materials

3. Account and Purchase Terms

3.1 Email Collection

We collect email addresses for marketing purposes and to provide access to our free and paid educational content. By providing your email, you consent to receive marketing communications from AMLPrep. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Purchases and Payments

We accept payments via Stripe for our digital courses. When you purchase a course, you will be directed to Stripe's secure payment processing. Your payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.

We offer three course tiers: $99 (Basic), $199 (Standard), and $299 (Premium). Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable under Australian law.

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized account holder or have permission to make the purchase
• You agree to pay all charges incurred
• You will not use purchased content for illegal or harmful purposes

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately at hello@amlprep.com.

4. Digital Product Licensing

4.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the purchased digital course content for your own educational purposes only.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content to third parties
• Sell, rent, lease, or transfer access to the content
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the content
• Use the content for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (if applicable)
• Share login credentials or permit others to access your purchased courses

4.3 Access and Availability

Course access is provided for the duration specified at purchase (typically 12 months from purchase date). We will notify you of any changes to access terms. Continued compliance with these terms is required to maintain access.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you purchase a digital course and are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. This refund period applies to all course tiers ($99, $199, $299).

5.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us at hello@amlprep.com with your order details. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing once approved. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

5.3 Refund Limitations

Refunds are available for unused or minimally-used courses within the 14-day period. We reserve the right to decline refunds for accounts that show signs of abuse or if content has been shared in violation of Section 4.

5.4 Free Content

Our free quiz and educational content is provided as-is and is not eligible for refunds (as there is no charge).

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 AMLPrep Content

All course materials, text, graphics, images, videos, and other content on AMLPrep are owned by AMLPrep or licensed to us. All intellectual property rights in this content are reserved. You may use the content only as permitted under these terms.

6.2 User Content

If you submit comments, feedback, or content to AMLPrep (such as through our contact form), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content for our business purposes.

6.3 Trademarks

"AMLPrep" and all related logos and branding are trademarks of AMLPrep. You may not use these trademarks without our written permission.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMLPrep, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
