We accept payments via Stripe for our digital courses. When you purchase a course, you will be directed to Stripe's secure payment processing. Your payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.
We offer three course tiers: $99 (Basic), $199 (Standard), and $299 (Premium). Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable under Australian law.
By making a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized account holder or have permission to make the purchase
- You agree to pay all charges incurred
- You will not use purchased content for illegal or harmful purposes
3.3 Account Responsibility

4. Digital Product Licensing
4.1 License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the purchased digital course content for your own educational purposes only.

5. Refund Policy
5.1 14-Day Refund Guarantee
If you purchase a digital course and are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. This refund period applies to all course tiers ($99, $199, $299).
5.2 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us at hello@amlprep.com with your order details. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing once approved. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
5.3 Refund Limitations
Refunds are available for unused or minimally-used courses within the 14-day period. We reserve the right to decline refunds for accounts that show signs of abuse or if content has been shared in violation of Section 4.
5.4 Free Content
Our free quiz and educational content is provided as-is and is not eligible for refunds (as there is no charge).
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 AMLPrep Content
All course materials, text, graphics, images, videos, and other content on AMLPrep are owned by AMLPrep or licensed to us. All intellectual property rights in this content are reserved. You may use the content only as permitted under these terms.
6.2 User Content
